While we do not sell your data to third parties, as a political committee, we are required by the Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance (OCPF) to disclose donor information (including name, address, and in some cases, occupation/employer) in regular public filings.

Individual Limit: You can contribute up to $5,000 per year to a single town committee.
Aggregate Party Limit: Your total contributions to all committees of the same party (State, Ward, and Town) cannot exceed $5,000 combined in a calendar year.
No Corporate Contributions: We cannot accept donations from business corporations, LLCs, LLPs, or partnerships. Contributions must be from individuals.
Cash Limit: The maximum cash contribution allowed is $50 per year; anything above that must be made via check or credit card.
Legal Compliance: Per Massachusetts General Law Chapter 55, we are required to report the name and address of every donor.
The $200 Threshold: If your total contributions to the RDTC reach $200 or more in a calendar year, we are legally required to collect and disclose your occupation and employer.
Public Record: All contributions are reported to the OCPF and become a matter of public record to ensure transparency in local elections.
